Line Um’ Up

As a group, line up all the cup sets available in sequential order as quickly as possible. But be aware, the cups are shuffled and so must be placed in order without a foul.

Compound Effect

Cups And Downs – A large group icebreaker

Cups and Downs is a great icebreaker to open training. This game is set to have two teams. The team to have the most cups flipped over by the end of time wins. This activity produces lots of energy, great competition, and strategy just using a simple prop. This game is great for planning and strategy, high energy, and sequencing into other activities. I also use this activity as an opening metaphor to start my training.
