The team is to create and suspend the longest bridge while spelling their values using children’s building blocks. Comparing and sharing ideas, designating roles, communicating and breaking down roles and responsibilities.

Participants are asked a series of questions. Each participant will place an identifying marker down on a target marked on a table. The farther the marker is away from the center, the more they are uncomfortable with that topic/question. For participants to get to know one another more deeply, and understand how they think and where they stand on certain issues. This allows individuals to show their comfort toward different scenarios and identify positive behaviors to help the group communicate more effectively.
For each team to take a single deck of cards and lay them out in such a way that will show all possible poker hands at once in the fastest time possible. To share and compare resources, to work within the group on communicating needs and to discover there is more than one option.
Shape Relay slight variation from an old game called “Rope to Star” created by Priest and Rohnke. The objective is for a team to form a piece of rope into the given shape in the fastest time possible. Various shapes can be created. If you wish to do an activity to help a group to discover the power of setting goals, planning and communication, this is a good one!
